Miss Kanue joined Lightcliffe Academy in 2019 as a Teacher of Business Studies. She later became Head of Business Studies, leading the subject with a strong focus on student progress and achievement. In 2024, Miss Kanue was appointed Key Stage 4 Achievement Director.
In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Year 10 and Year 11, working closely with teachers and students to ensure high standards of support, progress and achievement. Miss Kanue is passionate about helping all students thrive and reach their full potential at Lightcliffe Academy.
