Mr Kilkenny joins Lightcliffe Academy this year as Vice Principal with responsibility for Care and Conduct.
He has been part of the Abbey Multi Academy Trust for almost 30 years. Prior to joining Lightcliffe, he was an Assistant Principal at Bishop Young CofE Academy and before that an Achievement Director at Abbey Grange CofE Academy.
Mr Kilkenny started his career as a Physical Education teacher at Abbey Grange in 1997 and is looking forward to being involved with the PE department at Lightcliffe.
